Sue

Sue now works full time in the tea rooms  . Sue is a mother of two and grandmother of one. She loves cooking and talking about food, and likes inventing new recipes. She has a few mad moments – just ask Mary! Sue is married to Steve.

Mary

Mary enjoys cooking and chatting with the customers (when not too busy!). Mary is a mother of three and grandmother of six! She’s been a busy girl! Mary has gained her NVQ Level 2 in catering. She makes the most scrummy coffee and walnut cake ever (ask the Radstock Museum!). Mary is married to Dave.

Dave

Is married to Mary. He organises and orders all of the Fairtrade products in the shop area of the tea room, and passionately promotes Fairtrade – He gives lively talks on the subject of Fairtrade and is chairman of the Somer Valley Fairtrade Steering Committee.

Steve

Is married to Sue and works for Royal Mail and helps out in the tea rooms in various ways. He is a very handy man to have around and built the counter area of the tea room. He also helps out with general repairs around the place and has completed the  popular outside patio with some very attractive wooden planters now in place.
